AKSIPS-65 Smart School, Mohali Celebrates World Animal Welfare Day

• AKSIPS-65 Smart School, Mohali celebrated World Animal Welfare Day with great enthusiasm to sensitize students towards kindness and compassion for all living beings.
  
  A *Quiz Competition* was organized for the students of *Classes III to V* to inculcate love and empathy for animals. The quiz comprised interesting rounds based on animal facts, endangered species, and ways to protect them. Students participated with great zeal and showcased their awareness and concern for the animal kingdom.
  
  The day concluded with a *Pledge Ceremony* where students pledged to be kind to animals, feed stray animals, protect birds and say NO to animal cruelty.
  
  The Associate Director  Parnika Singh and the Principal  Rajminder Kaur Jaitla appreciated the efforts of the students and urged them to treat animals with love and respect, as every living being deserves care and compassion.
  
  The celebration helped students understand the importance of animal welfare and co-existence.
