The World Book Day is a perfect opportunity to remind children of the importance of reading and to spark their enthusiasm and excitement for books.
To mark the day, AKSIPS-65 organised meaningful and creative activities for students across all wings.
Pre-primary students visited the library to explore books and learn how a library functions.
The Primary Wing read stories and shared the morals they learnt with their peers.
The Secondary Wing showcased creativity by designing beautiful bookmarks.
Students of Classes IX & X participated in ‘Design Your Portfolio’, where they poured their hearts out and presented their best creative ideas through art and expression.
Students of Classes XI & XII took part in an article writing activity on the topic ‘Need to Restore Reading Habits’. They shared insightful ideas and practical ways to revive the reading culture among children.
The Associate Director Parnika Singh and the Principal Rajminder Kaur Jaitla appreciated the efforts put in by all students and encouraged them to make reading a lifelong habit.
