AKSIPS-65 celebrates Dussehra and Gandhi Jayanti with zeal and enthusiasm
A special assembly was organised to celebrate the birth anniversary of the father of the nation - Gandhi and Dussera The significance of Dussehra was reiterated that the deadly demons-social evils like corruption,poverty discrimination,inequality etc are still to be eradicated completely and thus desired awareness must be created.
To mark the International Day of non-violence, students pledged to promote universal brotherhood and peace.
A mesmerizing bhajan was presented by the school choir followed by the excerpts from Ramayana presented by the toddlers.
The effigy of Ravana was lit by the Associate Director Parnika Singh and the Principal, Rajminder Kaur Jaitla . They appreciated students efforts and encouraged them to slay bad habits and embrace human virtues this Dussehra.
